Charlotte's Rack was founded on December 18, 2020 by Aileen Nunez Ungab, Fe Escalante Nunez, and Fe's partner, Patrick Nunez. They came up with the idea of opening a boutique for rent-to-own designer gowns and selling them at a reasonable price.
